         For over 15 years Heathrow Home Services has provided trusted, reliable services to Heathrow and surrounding communities. 

Heathrow Home Services is a part of Heathrow Service Group, owned and operated by long-time Heathrow resident homeowners Ellen DiGiovanni and Gary Paquin.

We are well known in the community, having lived and worked within Heathrow for almost 20 years.
We have helped hundreds of satisfied clients and neighbors and would be happy to assist you.

SERVICES

Service Provider Coordination

We can meet with any service providers, such as cleaners or repair people. We'll allow them access to your home and secure your property when they finish.

Plant and Garden Care

Keep your plants and garden thriving with our dedicated care services. Ellen is an experienced gardener with training as a Seminole County Master Gardener. She'll water the plants you identify, and can care for those that may need a bit more TLC.

​Shipping/Mailing Items Left Behind

Did you forget something? We can ship any left-behind items to your current location quickly and efficiently.

Pre and Post Storm Service

In the event of an impending tropical storm, we are available to move and/or secure outdoor furniture and decor. We can put everything back in place once the storm has passed.

In addition to those services listed, we can provide custom solutions tailored to your specific requirements. Just ask !

PRICING

All of our services start at $20. per visit. Actual pricing will be determined by specific service requests and time requirements. No surprises ! We'll discuss actual costs with you beforehand.

How Have You Helped Other Clients?
Here are a few of the ways we've helped our clients over the years:

* We've mailed/shipped items left behind including-
  Wigs
  Clothes and shoes
  Vitamins and Medications
  Prescription Sunglasses and Hearing Aids
  Wallets, and more...
     
* Partial ceiling collapse and resulting damage due to a roof leak.
We worked with the insurance adjusters, mold remediation team, roof and repair people, painters, etc. during a 3 plus month process.

* Gas grill blown into a pool by a tropical storm.
It took 3 of us to get it out of the pool !

* Home electrical system hit by a power surge, resulting in a disabled security system, air conditioner, and refrigerator.
We were available to work with the alarm company, air conditioning techs, electricians, and appliance repair people to get it all back up and running. Plus we cleaned out the refrigerator and disposed of the spoiled contents.

* Pool issues:
 Incorrectly fitted filter gushing water
The pool had lost almost half its water and the side yard was flooded.
We immediately contacted the homeowner and pool company. Our quick action resulted in the problem being fixed within hours and further damage averted.
Low water level
We've added water to pools when the levels were low due to drought or leaks.
